All in all a reliable hotel and really good stay. The whole place was immaculately clean, I loved it, and had exceptional location and staff. Absolutely breathtaking view, a lovely balcony, great bed, too.

Everything was nice! The breakfast was FINE with proper cappuccino and cakes, for example. The room was non-smoking, bed was big, luxury bathroom. The simple check-in process too. Neat and really cute hotel in Lucca Centro Storico district.

Fresh made breakfast and courteous stuff for very very good stay. Quiet location, only 5 minutes walk from the center. Fabulous facilities and the pool was very clean.

The location was spectacular, staff were ready to help. Lots of healthy breakfast options. Loved 10/10 & perfect room. The area was local. The facilities were new and easy to use.
